Gender-affirming care, WPATH certified
Care that begins by believing you.
Affirming therapy and WPATH-informed support for transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive people, at every point along your path and in your own time.

The work
You should not have to prove yourself to be helped.
As a WPATH-certified gender specialist, I provide affirming care that starts from your self-knowledge rather than questioning it. Whether you are early in exploring your gender, actively transitioning, or years into living authentically and navigating what comes after, the work meets you exactly where you are, without a script and without a required destination.
This includes the everyday psychological work of gender: dysphoria and euphoria, family and disclosure, relationships and dating, safety and belonging. If you need letters of support for gender-affirming medical care, informed and written to the WPATH standard, that can be part of our work together, offered without gatekeeping.

When affirming care is the work.
Exploring, in your own time.
Not everyone arrives with certainty, and you don't need it to begin. We make room for questions about gender, expression, and what feels true, without pressure toward any particular answer.
Transition & the WPATH letters.
When you are pursuing gender-affirming medical care, I provide informed, respectful letters of support written to the WPATH standard of care, as a collaboration rather than a hurdle to clear.
Family, disclosure & relationships.
Coming out and being known reshape every relationship around you. We work through disclosure, family dynamics, dating, and the particular loneliness and courage the process can hold.
The life on the other side.
Affirming who you are is a beginning, not an ending. Much of this work is about building a durable, joyful life in your identity, and meeting whatever the earlier chapters left unspoken.
